I am beyond thankful to have had the Lancaster's while going through the process of buying my first home. Todd and paige were very helpful, genuine,honest,kind and professional individuals. I felt like I was in good hands with them helping me. Anytime I had a question no matter the time of day they were always quick to respond and listened to the do's and don'ts that I wanted in my home. Since i am military and dont know the area too well or have family around to help give me advice the lancaster's took me under their wing. I felt like the advice there giving me was advice they would give one of their children when buying a home which made me feel so great being I am alone, young, and a first time home buyer. Over all i was so thrilled to have had the pleasure of having them as my relators and had a good exspriance with home buying. I would HIGHLY recommend the Lancasters. Even after I bought the house and moved I sent them a txt message and they would respond to me regarding further questions on the house. These people are one of a kind and it was truly a pleasure working with them:)

From previous experiences, buying a new home can be a very daunting and intimidating process. That is definitely not the case when dealing with Todd and Paige. They went out of their way to make sure every question I had was answered and I was comfortable with every step of the process. I’m very happy with the home I purchased with their help and I don’t plan on selling it to buy a new one any time soon, but if I were, I wouldn’t hesitate for a second about going through them again
